Volkswagen Group Rus brings together the work of the six brands of the Volkswagen Group that are available on the Russian market — Volkswagen, ŠKODA, Audi, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Bentley and Lamborghini. In 2016, the company’s sales in Russia reached 157,000 vehicles.
Understanding the importance of uninterrupted operation of its IT infrastructure, Volkswagen chose outsourcing, one of the most effective service schemes, and began collaboration with BELTEL’s Service Center.
Our engineers work at the Kaluga plant as regular Volkswagen employees and are onsite 24 hours a day 7 days a week providing a full scope of technical and maintenance services including network administration, software upgrade, installation of new equipment, regular diagnostic work, and repairs.
