Hyatt Place Jermuk Hotel with 92 rooms was opened in the resort town of Jermuk in June 2015. The complex, with a total area of 12000 square meters, is equipped with relaxation and entertainment areas, a spa center and therapeutic baths, a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna, a children’s room, a business center, a restaurant, conference rooms, and a parking lot.
The hotel’s telephone network is built on the basis of the Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise with hotel functionality, which helps to provide guests with additional comfort. Upon check-in, the telephone number and voicemail box are automatically activated. Guests also have access to the alarm clock function, which is easy to set up thanks to prompts in their native language.
Upon check-out, the phone is blocked again, and the guest is presented with a bill using the Icharge Pro billing system produced by Tiger TMS.
The telecommunication network complies with international standards and allows guests to have a comfortable stay at the hotel.
