The Four Seasons Hotel Baku is a new, five-star luxury hotel located in the capital of Azerbaidjan Baku. Beltel Inc was selected in a competitive bid to design and install a new telecommunications system supporting 1,200 ports. The new system is a dedicated IP communications solution with flexible configuration for over 1,200 ports, and enhanced user functionality. It features voicemail, automatic call distribution, recorded announcements, and a user-friendly interface, among other things. These features improve hotel services and increase productivity. The new telephone system allows hotel guests to enjoy improved connectivity.
To further automatize the hotel’s operations, we installed a hospitality management system – a comprehensive software solution consisting of integrated modules designed for various aspects of hotel management including reservations, front-desk operations, call accounting, housekeeping, inventory management, and hotel accounting.
